In 2017, the first Halloween Advent House was designed, produced and sold by Craig & Kimberly Hatch with 100% customer satisfaction and they received 5 star reviews from each customer. In 2022, new Laser Machines and 3D Printers were purchased in which the House received a new makeover in design, quality and details, making it a sought after show piece for the Halloween Holiday. During this time, Dirk Richards partnered up with Craig & Kimberly forming C&D Designs LLC. This allows us to focus on better customer service, quality, design features and production time.
